We have all witnessed the negative attitude geared towards the concept of waist training. Some of us, in our ignorance, have been guilty of it as well.

We have all witnessed the negative attitude geared towards the concept of waist training. Some of us, in our ignorance, have been guilty of it as well. “Ah don’t do it oh, it will push your intestine down to your bladder” “It will break your ribs oh” “I heard it meshes the womb oh” Wait, what? Congrats to Kim Kardashian by the way, on baby number two! Not without hassle of course, but none of it had to do with her waist training or her banging curvaceous body. It’s funny, the women who ‘condemn’ the concept of waist training are either naturally slim (most have no idea what it’s like to struggle with their weight), or really masculine and very energetic (Well we can’t all be that way) and the men, the irony is that they date hourglass bodied women who actually waist train. Okay enough chit chat. So if waist training is not bad, what does it really do to your body? It shrinks your waist by compression over time, forcing you to eat less while tackling the fat around your midriff. It’s so simple because a waist trainer in no way affects your bones or internal organs. So will you continue to be afraid of the possibility of hourglass curves and stay unhappy, or take a chance at reshaping yourself into a woman you can admire in the mirror? The answer is pretty obvious, isn’t it?
