Waist training is the gradual process of permanent waistline reduction using a waist trainer or a waist cinching corset. The aim of waist training is to reduce the area between the hips and the ribs by working the front and lower belly. The goal is to strengthen these muscles to create a flatter tummy and more defined waist, hence the idea of waist training is to produce a classic hourglass shape. Obviously you can’t change the size of your hips, but with proper training you can remove extra layers of fat around your waist to create a covetable curvy shape. Wearing a waist cinching corset can radically reduce your belly and waist size; giving you a beautiful sexy silhouette while permanently getting rid of unwanted pounds and inches around your belly and waist. Results will be slow if major components such as a healthy diet and exercising are not incorporated, but you will achieve positive results nonetheless. So how do you waist train?
For the first few weeks of wearing the waist trainer you must not over train. Your body must become accustomed to the compression and constriction of waist training, therefore a new waist trainer must be eased in otherwise you may damage the gear. Start by wearing the corset 2 to 4 hours daily, then gradually add an hour or two to your daily waist training routine until you are able to wear the corset throughout the entire day. Wear the corset on the first set of clasps, and once the garment is worn-in you can then begin to use the second set of clasps, hence making the corset tighter. As your belly flattens and your waist becomes smaller, the corset will become comfortable and not feel as tight as when you first started.
